Please book your travel itinerary no later than 21 days prior to the meeting.

No, you will need to travel from the airport to the venue via taxi/rideshare.

Your hotel room will be master billed. All other expenses should be handled via Acosta Concur or your normal expense process. You will need to open an expense report to cover flight/travel expenses and hotel room incidentals within your cost center.

More details will be provided in the coming weeks, but all leaders should plan on attending the meeting from 8 am ET Tuesday through 1 pm ET Thursday. There will be required dinners and relationship-building events on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

Acosta will only cover the cost of one additional night’s booking before and after February 6-9th. Any additional rooming costs can’t be expensed.

Dress code is business casual for all sessions and events. Nice jeans are welcome throughout the meeting, but please keep in mind we will have Board Members and Clients in attendance. Casual shoes are encouraged for the Wednesday team-building event.

The DoubleTree Orlando has expansive parking options on-site.
